About Your Visit to Skinsational Spa

Cancellation Policy: If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 48 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved. No-show appointments are charged at 100%. Thank you for your consideration.

Scheduling: Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service staff will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving Skinsational Day Spa.

Times: All treatment times listed are approximate and may vary.

Punctuality: To ensure a relaxing spa experience, please arrive at Skinsational Day Spa at least 30 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow time to update your Client Profile, change into a robe and relax before your treatments begin. You may also wish to shower before your treatment. By arriving late, you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.

Quiet Please: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone, and keep conversations to a whisper.

If You are Pregnant: Let us know when you make your reservation which trimester you are in at the time of appointment. Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy.

Health Conditions: Please let us know if you have specific health conditions.

During Your Visit: To get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure during massage, the temperature of your spa room, music volume or other issues.

Gratuities: Tips are not included in any treatment prices. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the discretion of the client.

Home Care Products: At Skinsational Day Spa, you can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our extensive line of home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you look and feel your best.

Spa Amenities: Skinsational Day Spa provides a changing room, showers and lockers, spa robes and sandals, towels and grooming essentials, and a comfortable relaxation sanctuary.

Staff Selection/Changes: If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you'd just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Return Policy: No returns after 14 days; and for your protection, no makeup returns. All products must be in original packaging accompanied by receipt. Gift Cards are transferable, but not redeemable for cash. For

Your Protection: We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

Gift Cards: Skinsational Day Spa Gift Cards are available at our customer service desk. Ask about our many programs and treatments, which may be ideal for a loved one, valued client or friend.

Parking: The Village Faire provides free parking with time restrictions. Please pay attention to the parking signs and warnings. Public parking areas are provided by the city surrounding our location, as well as available parking along the street.

Children: Unfortunately, Skinsational Day Spa cannot accommodate children under the age of 13.

Skinsational Day Spa is a non-smoking facility.
